Dustin d39b2bcb19 r/winbind: Add domain-join tag 
Sometimes I need to configure a machine to be a domain member without
actually adding it to the domain.  Now I can by running
`ansible-playbook` with `--skip-tags domain-join`

Dustin 5570a94be3 roles/winbind: Configure Samba AD membership 
The *winbind* role builds upon the *samba* role to configure the machine
as an Active Directory domain member.
