Dustin C. Hatch d1fb3fcbc7 Revert "sources: Use make deps to vendor modules" ...

The "patch" the `Makefile` for `wal-g` makes to the third-party `lzo.go`
file just configures it to link statically with liblzo2.  This is
neither desirable nor necessary.

This reverts commit b8bd3583a7.
